Rexel RSS1627 and RSX 1227 Mercury Shredders
The new range of Mercury shredders from Acco Rexel all come with
patented 'Anti-Jam Technology' and is standard on the new Acco
Rexel RSS 1627 and the Acco Rexel RSX 1227
shredders.
No doubt if you are already a shredder owner you will resonate
with the frustrations caused when you try and shred too many sheets
of paper in a single go. In the past the only way to effectively
clear a paper jam would be to repeatedly switch the shredder between
forward and reverse, usually creating a mess , as well as shortening
the life of the motor.
But Acco Rexel have now created a solution to this comon proble
with their patented jam proof technology which now comes standard
in all Mercury Rexel shredders, including the RSX 1227 and RSS1627.

will illuminate red should it sense that you are about the shred
too many sheets , and by simply removing one or 2 sheet from the
stack and re feeding the shredder you in turn prevent paper jams.

for the deskside and even come with an optional paper recycling
bag.
